DURING CLIMB NOTICED A SMALL AMOUNT OF FWD STICK ABOUT 1/4" REQUIRED TO FOLLOW FLIGHT DIRECTORS(NOSE WANTED TO PITCH UP) CONTINUED FOR 30 MINS AFTER TOC & WENT AWAY UNTIL DESCENT, RETURNED & WAS PRESENT FOR DURATION OF FLT. ACFT COMPLETELY CONTROLLABLE DURING ENTIRE FLT.  R & R ELEV SERVO CTRL 34CE2 & ELEV POSITION XDCR 49CE2. IAW AMM 27-34-51-400-001A & AMM 27-92-13-400-001A. COMPLIED WITH ADJ/TEST OF ELEV SERVO CTRLS IAW AMM 27-34-51-400-001A. RIG PIN CHK IAW SUBTASK 27-92-13-420-052B & OPS TEST IAW AMM 27-34-00-710-001. OPS TEST GOOD. NO LEAKS NOTED. IAW AMM 55-20-00-200-003A PERFORMED DVI OF ELEV HINGE FITTINGS & ACTUATOR FITTINGS LT/RT. ALL FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION. PERFORMED ELEV SERVO CTRL OSCILLATIONS LH/RH. NO OSCILLATION WAS NOTED. FLT CONTROLS MOVE SMOOTH WITH ALL 3 HYD SYS & INDIVIDUAL HYD SYS. IAW AMM 27-34-00-200-002A.
