BATTERY OFF CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER OBSERVING AN ELEC BURNING ODOR.  NO OTHER COCKPIT INDICATIONS NOTED.  DISCOVERED A BURNT BATTERY RELAY.
