## Discrepancy

CUSTOMER REPORTED DUAL TACHOMETER P/N: A792-4 ROTOR NEEDLE WAS JUMPING AROUND (NIL TSOH).  FURTHER INSPECTION REVEALED SCREW BACKED OUT OF INTERNAL PLATE.
