LANDING GEAR HANLE SELECTED DOWN, NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED, MAINS REMAIN IN TRANSIT.  EMERGENCY HAND PUMP INOPERATIVE.  ALL HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKED FROM POWER PACK.  RT MAIN GEAR RETRACT ACTUATOR FOUND CRACKED FULL LENGTH OF CYLINDER.
