Installation of a modified exhaust tail pipe in accordance with Knisley Welding, Inc. Master Drawing List (MDL) #3, Revision C, dated December 18, 1994, as listed on AML No. SA00040LB, or later FAA Approved revision.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft model(s) only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no advese effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No.

SA00040LB dated February 16, 1995, or later FAA Approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permaent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
