Master Drawing List (MDL) #2, Revision D, dated January 15, 1997, or later FAA Approved revision, and FAA Approved Supplemental Airplane Flight Manual (AFM), AFM/POH Supplement, Document No. 188, dated January 22, 1997, or later FAA Approved revision.

*NOTE: STC SA00077LA supersedes STC SA00079LA issued to Knisley Welding, Inc.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft model(s) only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no advese effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
