**EMB-505**

1.Medical reconfiguration of the EMB-505 shall be in accordance with Master Drawing list, UM-ABE01-MDL-0001,rev C, dated December 21, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, UM-ABE01-FMS-0001, rev A, dated September 28, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, UM-ABE01-ICA-0001, rev A, dated September 12, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the operations limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. This STC is only applicable to all serial numbers for the EMB 505 series.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Embraer EMB-505 is as follows:
