1. These propeller installations are to be maintained in accord ance with the following MT-Propeller Instructions for Continued Airworthiness:

Report No. E-820-E, dated June 4, 2002, or later FAA-approved revisions, for the MTV-12-B-C-R(M)/CRLD 188-119a or Report No. E-958, dated February 10, 2004, or later FAA-approved revisions, for the MTV-12-B/LD188-119a.

2. The following Airplane Flight Manual Supplemen ts are required for operation of these propellers:

E-718E, dated September 27, 2002, or later FAA-approved revisions, for the MTV-12-B-C-R(M)/CRLD 188-119a or E-957, dated May 12, 2004, or later FAA-approved revisions, for the MTV-12-B/LD188-119a.

3. Compatibility of this design change with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
