Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), PDM-ICA003, Rev A, dated July 22, 2021 or later FAA approved revisions must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

The installer must determine whether this design is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
