Installation of Lycoming O-320-A, -A1B, -A2A, -A2B, -A2C, -C1A, -C1B, -C2A or –C2B engine and Sensenich 74DM6 propeller in accordance with Cedric M. Abbott Report 08-20/1, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, rev. A, dated August 28, 2008, or later FAA- approved revisions.

1. Cedric M. Abbott Flight Manual Supplement for Piper PA-16, dated February 23, 2009, or later FAA-approved revisions, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. This installation is to be maintained in accordance with Cedric Abbott Report 08-20/1 Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, rev. A, dated August 28, 2008, or later FAA-approved revisions.

3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
