Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval for change in type design is limited to Ayres Thrush, S2R, Serial Number 2334R only. This modification requires the flap travel be limited to 15°. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, for Serial Number 2334R, Registration Number N8040V, dated March 27, 1996, or later FAA approved revision shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
