Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a Lycoming GSO-480-B2C6 engine and a Hartzell HC-A3VF-3L propeller in accordance with Installation Instructions WEA-2-LE II, dated July 10, 1995.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for installation of this modification on other aircraft. This approval is limited to the modification of Republic Model RC-3 aircraft, Serial No. 305, R/N N6119K only. A copy of this certificate, and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, dated April 30, 1996, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
