Installation of McMauley D3A34C402/90DFA -2, -4, -6, -8, & -10, propellers and associated changes in accordance with CS Industries, Installation Instructions No. 206-2, Rev-, dated July 29, 1999, or later "FAA Approved" revisions. A copy of this certificate is required and takes precedence over the Installation Instructions with respect to approved propeller diameters.

For models listed above, the installation of McCauley D3A34C402/90DFA-() propeller is limited to the following:

(1) Land or Float planes with IO-520-A, 10-520-For 10-520-L are limited to propellers not over 82 inch and not under 78.5 inch diameter range with no operating restriction placard required.

(2) Land or Float planes with approved TCM 10-550-F installation on Models U206, U206A thru G, and TU206A thru G are limited to propellers not over 84 inch and not under 78.5 inch diameter range with no operating restriction placard required (See continuation sheet)

Land or Float planes with TSIO-520-C or TSIO-520-M installations on Models U206, U206A thru G, and TU206A thru G are limited to propellers not over 82 inch and not under 78.5 inch diameter range with operating restrictions as stated below. A placard is required to indicate the operating restriction for continuous operation. The operating restriction should state:

"Avoid Continuous Operation between the following RPM and manifold pressures at the stated diameters:"

4. A placard is required to indicate the operating restriction for continuous operation. The operating restriction should state:

Propeller Model Diameter Range (inches) Inches MP C402/90DFA -2 88 to 86.5 1900 to 2100 26" and above C402/90DFA -4 86 to 84.5 1900 to 2100 26" and above A red arc is required on the tachometer from 1900 to 2150 RPM for TSIO -520-C and TSIO-520-M installations and from 1900 to 2100 RPM for TCM IO-550-F installations utilizing a propeller diameter from 88 to 84.5 inches.

The approved propeller D3A34C402/90DFA-() should only be used on aircraft with extended hub propellers, such as D3A32C77, D3A32C88, E2A34C70 and E2A34C73 Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
