Installation of McCauley 2A34C201/90DA-12 propeller in accordance with Tom Laing Report No. 167-3, Revision B, dated April 04, 2001, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. AFMS-167, Revision I/R, dated June 25, 2001, or later approved revision is required.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Report 167-4, Revision I/R, dated February 23, 2001, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

3. This installation is applicable to Maule Model M-4-220, M-4-220C, M-4-220S, M-4-220T and M-5-220C aircraft equipped with Franklin 6A-350-C1 engine.

4. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
