Modification to right hand cabin door and step installation for skydiving operations per Master Document List Report Number FRS-030531-MDL, Revision A, dated November 7, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Genesis 3 Engineering Report FRS-030531-008, Revision IR, dated June 06, 2003, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, FRS-030531-010, Revision Original, dated February 23, 2004, or later FAA approved revision is required.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. A copy of this certificate, the ICA, and a copy of the FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement are required and must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for this aircraft.

5. This approval is limited to Cessna Aircraft Model 210-5A (205A), Serial No. 205-0481 only.

6. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in paragraph 21.93(b) of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
