23 Aft toilet installation with privacy partitions and either floor-to-ceiling cargo net or solid partition cargo barrier; removal of aft center seat and optional forward right hand seat and PSU replace forward luggage rack in accordance with Raytheon Aircraft Services Master Drawing List No. RAS970001DL, Revision F, dated August 18, 1997, or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. RAS970001FMS, dated August 27, 1997, or later FAA approved revision, is required for this installation.

Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. The operations limitations are as stated on the placards and in the flight manual supplement. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
