Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval for change in type design is limited to Convair Model 440, Serial Number 394 only. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement CV-440\N94CF\FAAFMS.DOC, dated December 9, 1998, or later FAA approved revision, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
