Original Product⎯Type Certificate Number: 3A15 Make: Beech Model: 35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 35-C33, 35-C33A, E33, E33A, E33C, F33, F33A, F33C, G33, 36, A36, A36TC, B36TC G36 Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of vortex generators on the wings and tail surfaces of the above model aircraft in accordance with Micro AeroDynamics Drawing Package MA2134, Revision A, dated October 28, 2008, and Installation Manual MA2135, Revision A, dated October 28, 2008, (35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 35-C33, 35-C33A, E33, E33A, E33C, F33, F33A, F33C, G33, 36, A36, G36, A36TC) or Installation Manual MA2136, Revision IR, dated April 7, 2000, (B36TC) or later FAA-approved revisions. NOTE: If more than five vortex generators are damaged or missing, the aircraft is not airworthy. Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. Additionally, if more than 5 vortex generators are damaged or missing, the aircraft is not to be considered airworthy. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
