23 Installation of cargo nets and the required structural modifications to support the nets to allow a cargo configuration of the interior floor plan once all passenger seats are removed in accordance with:

1. Drawings and data called out on Raytheon Aircraft Services Top Drawing No. RAS970005DL stamped "FAA Approved" dated March 14, 2000; and

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Raytheon Aircraft Services Document No. RAS970005(3) FMS dated March 14, 2000; or later FAA approved revisions of 1 or 2.

This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of these other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
