2. This Modification requires the installation of the Advanced Wing Technologies Corp, wing in accordance with FAA STC SA00857NY, issued July 6, 1998 and amended May 7, 1999.

3. Installation of Wipline Model 6100 floats must be accompanied in accordance with FAA STC SA610GL except as defined by drawing listed in Transport Canada approved MDS B93930 Revision N/C.

4. Transport Canada approved AERO Consulting Services Flight Manual Supplement B93991 Revision N/C, dated march 16, 1999 is required. This manual replaces the original Flight Manual PSM 1-2-1 and the Flight Manual Supplements required by items 2 and 3.

5. Refer to Transport Canada approved Aero Consulting Services Flight Manual B93991 for limitations.

6. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. if the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification ot alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of this permission.
