Drawing 95017, Revision E, dated October 29, 2013, or later FAA approved revision. 1. Modifications to PA-25, PA-25-235, and PA-25-260 aircraft made prior to July 9, 2013 may use the instructions for Continued Airworthiness (Kosola & Associates Report No. KR-1342) that were in place at the time of modification, or later FAA accepted revision. 2. Modifications to PA-25, PA-25-235, and PA-25-260 aircraft made on or after July 9, 2013 should use Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. ICA-3, Rev A, dated 12/23/2013, or later FAA accepted revision. This revision is a required part of this STC and must be made available to the operator at the time of installation. 3.
