Description of Type Design Change: Install McCauley 3A32C406/82NDB-4 propeller on Beech Model S35, V35, V35A or V35B aircraft equipped with Teledyne Continental Motors Model TSIO-520-D, or TSIO-520-DB engines in accordance with D’Shannon Products Installation Instructions DSP-101899A, Rev. IR, dated October 18, 1999, or later FAA Approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. The FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement FMS-C40635TC, no revision, dated October 18, 1999 or later FAA approved revisions is required.

3. Takeoff and maximum continuous horsepower: 285hp and 2700 propeller shaft rpm.

4. A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
