Description of Type Design Change: Installation of left hand side and right hand side leading edge outboard fuel cell assemblies in accordance A/C Fuel Cells Worldwide, Inc., “Installation Instructions”, dated August 30, 1994 and A/C Fuel Cells Worldwide, Inc., Drawing B0301, Rev D, dated July 2, 1996, for the left hand side fuel cell; and Drawing B0302, Rev. D, dated July 2, 1996, for the right hand side fuel cell; or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effects upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
