Part * of the * Regulations.

Original Product⎯Type Certificate Number: A-806 Make: DeHavilland Model: DHC-2 Mk. I, DHC Mk. II and DHC Mk. III

Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of 150 lb. baggage compartment in either or both EDO 679-4930 floats and EDO 58-4580 floats, in accordance with FAA-approved drawing K32079, Revision E, dated June 19, 2006, or later FAA-approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The weight and balance report must be amended to include the additional 150 or 300 lb. baggage capacity as shown in the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS). Approval of this change applies to the above model only, and should not be extended to other specific models of these airplanes on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate, and AFMS DBM067-300, Revision D, dated November 25, 2005, or later FAA-approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
