Installation of fuel drain valves per Transamerican Enterprises, Inc. procedure titled “Piper PA-23 Fuel Cell Drain Installation” document number TAE102688, dated 09/30/96, or in accordance with applicable installation instructions called out in Eagle Technologies Company Drawing List No. 70DLP, dated January 25, 2001 as listed on AML No. SA01380CH or later FAA approved revisions, or in accordance with Storehouse LLC applicable installation instructions 710P, 720P or 730P, dated January 25, 2014 as listed on AML No. SA01237AT, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. A copy of this Certificate and AML No. SA01237AT, dated December 24, 1996, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
