Replace existing main LG strut seal with MLG Oleo Restoration Kit per F.R.A. Enterprises, Inc. DBA Skyport Services Installation Instructions as listed on AML No. SA01247CH, reissued June 10, 2016, or later FAA Approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. F.R.A. Enterprises, In., dba Skyport Services placard Part No. SS12304 must be installed per Installation Instructions SMK-61, no revision, dated October 29, 1999, or later FAA approved revision.

3. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01247CH, reissued June 10, 2016, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
