1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. Installation of the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH model MTV-14-D-C-F/CF188-30g propeller on the Textron Aviation Inc. 414 must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Installation Instructions, Doc.

# E-882, Revision 2, dated February 8, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions, or the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Installation Instruction, Doc # E-989, Initial Revision, dated October 22, 2003.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. # E-3968, Revision 0, dated February 8, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.

4. Operations must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Doc. # E-881, Revision 3, dated November 10, 2023, or later EASA approved revisions, or MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH AFMS, Doc # E-988, Initial Issue, dated November 23, 2004.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

4. Operate in accordance with the Limitations sections of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplements referenced in the Description section.

5. This modification also includes the Textron Aviation Inc. 414 aircraft that have been modified in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) STCs SA4379SW, SA8424SW-D, and SA09469SC-D to RAM Aircraft, Limited Partnership.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Textron Aviation Inc. 414 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. 414 as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) A7CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. 414 for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS A7CE with the following exceptions:

• 14 CFR Part 36 at Amendment 36-31.
