An FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (see attached AML No. SA01340WI) is required to be on board during operation of the aircraft in RVSM airspace. 4.) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. 5.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. 6.) A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the aircraft. Introduction This document is the Federal Aviation Admini stration (FAA) Approved Model List (AML) for Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) Number SA 01340WI, for a group Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) Airworthiness Approval for the Cessna Model 441 aircraft. Revisions to the AML must be coordinated betw een the STC holder and the responsible Aircraft Certification Office (ACO), and require FAA approval. This STC is only applicable to th e 14 CFR, Part 23, Class III aircraft, as defined in Advisory Circular (AC) 23.1309-1C, which are listed in this AML. Insta llations in 14 CFR, Part 23 Class I, II, and IV, Part 25, Part 27 and Part 29 aircraft are not authorized under this STC. This STC assumes the prerequisite equipment (air da ta, automatic altitude control, altitude alerting, and altitude reporting systems) is already installed on each airplane eligible for this proposed group in accordance with the STCs identified in Section 3. The prerequisite equipment must be properly linked to meet the intended function for the system, as certified under this AML approval. This AML does not constitute approval to conduct RVSM operations. The airplane is not permitted to operate in RVSM airs pace if the static ports ar e damaged or if damage or surface irregularities are found within the RVSM Critical Region.
