Installation of Baumann Model BF2750A floats in accordance with Baumann Drawing List BF-2750A-02, Revision F, dated March 15, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. F AA Approved Floatplane Flight Manual Supplement for Baumann Model BF2750A floats, Revision E, dated March 15, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions, is required with this modification when installing Baumann Model BF2750A floats on the Maule aircraft models listed above.

3. Maule Models M-5-235C, M-6-235, M-7-235, M-7-235A, M-7-235B, MT-7-235, MX-7-235 are eligible for float installation when the structural modifications noted in Note 13 of Type Certificate Data Sheet No. 3A23 have been completed.

4. Aircraft M-5-235C, S/N’s 7001C thru 7320C, 7322C thru 7346C, 7348C and 7349C r equire compliance to Maule Service Letter #43 and #44;

S/N’s 7350C, 7352C thru 7355C, 7357C thru 7362C, and 7364C thru 7367C require compliance to Service Letter #44. (Note: S/N’s 7345C, 7346C, 7348C and 7349C already have the modification completed in Left Wing only per Service Letter #43.)

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the othe r person written evidence of that permission.
