Description of the Type Design Change: Increase wing tank fuel capacity of the above model aircraft in accordance with Cascade Aircraft Conversions LLC drawing S2R-100 Revision A, dated April 20, 2005, or later FAA revision to this drawing.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft models listed on the AML only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. The modified aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Ayers Thrush S2R Maintenance Manual. A copy of this certificate, dated April 27, 2005 must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
