1. Installation of a Single or Dual Scandel ST3400 TAWS/RMI System to be done in accordance with Rocky Mountain Aircraft (RMA) Modification Instructions E100310, Revision -, dated August 10, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with RMA Flight Manual Supplement E100330, Revision -, Transport Canada approved Semptember 14, 2012 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with RMA Maintenance Manual Supplement E100331, Revision A, dated April 10, 2013, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

1. For Operating Limitations refer to section 2.0 of the RMA Flight Manual Supplement E100330 Revision -, TCCA approved September 14, 2012 or later TCCA approved revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
