2) 3S Certification, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 3S19-020-6101, Revision IR, dated 12/19/2019, or later FAA accepted revision.

1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

4) A copy of this certificate and the ICA shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.

5) This STC is applicable to aircraft prior to MSN 2001, excluding MSN 1720, which are equipped with the Pratt and Whitney PT6A-67P engine.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the applicable 14 CFR Part 23 aircraft affected is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Pilatus Aircraft LTD. Model PC-12/47E is shown on A78EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference data of application, 10/31/2019, is based upon 14 CFR Part 23 as amended by Amendment 23-42 with the exception of 23.1431(b) Amdt. 23-49.
