Specific configuration requirements for King Air Model A200 (C-12C) aircraft:

i. King Air model A200 (C-12C) airplane operating in commuter category with a maximum takeoff weight of 14,000 pounds.

ii. King Air model A200 (C-12C) airplane with the Beech "tension fitting" wing design. Serial numbers BC-1 through BC-61 and BD-1 through BD-30 that have been modified per Service Instructions (SI) C-12-0076, and re-designated as Model A200 (C-12C), and serial numbers BC-62 and on.

iii. King Air model A200 (C-12C) airplane equipped with BLR Aerospace's Winglet System in accordance with STC SA01615SE.

iv. King Air model A200 (C-12C) airplane equipped with Pratt and Whitney PT6A-42 engines.

Specific configuration requirements for King Air Model B200 aircraft:

v. King Air model B200, B200C airplane operating in commuter category with a maximum takeoff weight of either 13,420 or 14,000 pounds.

vi. King Air model B200, B200C airplane with the Beech "shear fitting" wing design. Serial numbers BB-1158, BB-1167, BB-1193 and up; model B200C serial numbers BL-73 and up.

vii. King Air model B200, B200C, airplane equipped with BLR Aerospace's Winglet System in accordance with STC SA01615SE.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the applicable 14 CFR Part 23 aircraft affected is as follows:

a. As specified on the applicable Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) of the aircraft for parts not changed or not affected by this STC.

b. Regulations at the amendment levels defined within the following for parts changed or affected by the STC since the reference date of STC application.
