Approval for installation of replacement parts for existing Goodrich Type 23 boots must be made in left and right pairs on wings or tail. 2. A copy of this certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA02017NY must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. 3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 4.
