Installation of an MT-Propeller model MTV-15-B/210-58 or model MTV-15-B/205-58 and spinner assembly P-277-B in accordance with Executive Sales & Leasing Report AP1023-5, Revision A, dated 8/24/04 or in accordance with Master Document list STC SA02023CH, Installation of MT Propeller, Rev. B dated 4/24/06 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. The aircraft is to be operated in accordance with the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), P/N AP1023-13, Revision IR.

Dated 8/23/04 or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Document Number AP1023-13, Revision A, dated 4/24/06.

3. Aircraft Specification limits are the same as listed on Type Certificate Data Sheet A22NM except as modified in accordance with the FAA approved AFMS.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
