1. This STC is only applicable to aircraft powered by Continental Motors (CMI) IO-550-N engines, or by a CMI IO-550-G engine which has been modified by Powerlite LLC STC SE02930AT, or other approved FAA method to produce 310 horsepower.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. The modified aircraft shall be operated in accordance with Minnis Aviation report M1029-12 Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Revision C, dated 04/17/13 or Mooney International Corp document SUPP0029 Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Revision D dated 11/14/17 or later FAA approved revision.

4. The aircraft shall be maintained in accordance with Report M1029-12, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Revision C, dated 04/17/13 or later FAA approved revision.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
