Description of Type Design Change: Installation of components to change thrust line orientation in accordance with “Thrustline Products of Alaska”, Master Drawing List – 001, Rev. IR, Dated April 27, 2004, and Installation Instructions, Doc. No. 012, Rev. B, Dated April 19, 2004, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine compatibility of this design change with other previously approved modifications.

2. This installation is not compatible on aircraft that have a Continental C-90 engine mount. This modification requires the aircraft to have a Lycoming conical, or dynafocal, “swing-out” type engine mount, installed in accordance with FAA approved data.

3. FAA Approved Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, “Thrustline Products of Alaska”, Doc No. 013, Rev IR, Dated April 19, 2004, or later FAA approved revision and 14 CFR Part 43 are required for this modification.
