3. The BRS-SA160A installation is to be inspected and maintained in accordance with the Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc. BRS-SA160A Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BRS Document No. 020006-01, Revision B, dated December 27, 2005, or later FAA accepted revisions.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
