Installation of a MT-Propeller model(s) MTV-15-B/[203-210]-58 or MTV-9-B/[198-200]-52 propeller with matching spinner assembly in accordance with Approved Installation Instructions report JAC-001 dated 4/30/08 or report FR1311-3. Rev IR. dated 11/20/2013 or later FAA approved revision.

1. All approved aircraft models are required to have a Lycoming [I]O-360 series engine installed with a hydraulic governor system to control propeller RPM.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
