The installation of Ryan 9900BX Traffic Advisory System to be done in accordance with *Elisen Technologies Master Data List MDL-27D40-516, Rev. B, dated December 13, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Operation must be in accordance with Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, *Elisen Technologies Document No. FMS-27D40- 516, Rev. NC, dated November 24, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, *Elisen Technologies Document No. ICA- 27D40-516, Rev. B, dated May 16, 2006, or later FAA accepted revision.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. *These documents were initially approved/accepted by Transport Canada under the Bilateral with the U.S.
