Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a “Secondary Forward Baggage Door Latch” in accordance with Plane Miracles LLC Master Data List, MDL1125AK, Revision IR, dated January 6, 2009, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Plane Miracles LLC, document number 31PLI, Revision IR, dated January 6, 2009, or later FAA accepted revisions are a required part of this modification.

4) Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. AFS1125AK, Rev IR, dated January 6, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is required to be carried on the aircraft as part of this modification.
