Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Lake Aero Styling and Repair Nose Gear Truss in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Repair Master Document List LA155, Revision B, dated February 23, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval requires the inspections and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-LA155, Revision IR, dated January 14, 2010 or later FAA approved revisions. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce an adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
