2- FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement or Supplemental Airplane Flight Manual, Document Number 13-DHC350, Revision A, dated April 7, 2010 or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this installation.

3. For Instructions fo 1, 2010 or later FAA approved revision. Continued Airworthiness, refer to Document Number 13-DHC370, Revision B, dated April 4 . If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
