2. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, reference F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-8031, Revision IR, dated July 12, 2010, or later FAA accepted revisions.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
