1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number WMR-FBB-04, Revision A, dated May 13, 2011, or later FAA accepted revisions are a required part of this modification.

4) This modification is for structural provisions only and does not include the installation of a battery. A separate FAA battery approval must be obtained.
