3. The following Hartzell propeller de-ice components (part numbers) are approved:

4H2271-10 de-ice boots on blades;

3H2092-4 wire hamess;

4H2674-2 slip ring;

1H1150-3 terminal strips;

2H1365 tapped eyelets.

4. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in 14 CFR

21.93(b).

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
