Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of the Max-Viz® Enhanced Vision System (EVS) Model -1500 on Pilatus PC-12 aircraft equipped with a fixed-mounted or panel-mounted Multi-Function Display (MFD) with the ability to display video imagery in accordance with One Sky Aviation Master Data List, Document Number 20 25 00, Revision IR, dated January 7, 2014, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with preciously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) FAA Approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Document Number 33 25 04, Revision IR, dated July 1, 2013, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC.

4) For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), refer to One Sky Aviation ICA, Document Number 33 25 05, Revision IR, dated May 1, 2013, or later FAA accepted revision.
