Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a double slotted flap in accordance with Performance STOL LLC “Master Drawing List”, document number PSTOL-DSF18-MDL, Revision G, dated November 12, 2016, or later FAA approved revision Limitations and Conditions:

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications .

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) The FAA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness is a required part of this appro val. Refer to the AML, number SA02485AK, dated March 28, 2017, or later FAA approved revision, for the accepted ICA.
