Install air ambulance conversion in accordance with Spectrum Aeromed Master Drawing List 6045DL, No Revision, dated July 23, 2007, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. FAA Approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, 6045FMS, dated September 21, 2007, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. FAA Accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Manual 6045MM, No Revision, dated May 30, 2007, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for appro val shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
