Aircraft modification in accordance with Russell Carter Installation Instruction (II) & Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for Helio Courier H295 SN 1420 Modified by the Installation of an Engine Equipped with Precision Airmotive RSA-5AD1 Fuel Injector System, Doc. No. A1.00, Rev 4, dated August, 15, 2018 or later FAA approved revision. FAA Airplane Flight Manual Supplement AFMS Rev. –, approved August 13, 2018, or later FAA approved revision is required.

1. Descriptive data about Helio Courier H-295 SN 1420’s design change cannot be used for duplicate installations.

2. Engine Lycoming GO-480-G1D6 modification in accordance with accompanying STC SE02506AK.

3. Maintain the aircraft per Russell Carter Installation Instruction (II) & Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for Helio Courier H295 SN 1420 Modified by the Installation of an Engine Equipped with Precision Airmotive RSA-5AD1 Fuel Injector System, Doc. No. A1.00, Rev 4, dated August, 15, 2018 or later FAA approved revision is required.
